The Induction Course to Personalised Learning in Action, “Train as a PL Coach in 24 Hours”, is a full day course to help new professional educators to be quickly trained effectively as a Personalised Learning (PL) Coach and be deployed as an understudy or intern with Quantus Learning. This induction course is the condensed version of the 50-hour full courses on ‘Personalised Learning in Action’  for Certification Level 1 and Level 2. The web-based version is also made available to help trainees be more prepared, and well trained in Personalised Learning.

Objectives of the Induction Course:

1.Concise and effective introductory self-directed training to enable any new professional educator to Quantus ® Personalised Learning, to be sufficiently equipped with the knowledge, understanding and skills to deliver the QPL Method™

2.Acquire knowledge and understanding of the QPL Method™ (theories)

3.Apply knowledge and Acquire Skills through the Understudy Experience (consisting of the first observation session, and the second practice session)

4.Plan, Prepare, Facilitate, Review and Communicate with Students and Parents using the QPL Method™

5.Extend competency and mastery of the QPL Method ™ by easily continuing on with the full 50-hour ‘Personalised Learning in Action’ Certification Levels 1 and 2

This course consists of the following mini-modules, which are also web-based, and the final mini-module is an actual understudy experience with the methodology of Quantus® Personalised Learning.
